New Tillamook and Clatsop County Blog

Just wanted to give a nod to LeeAnn Neal who has started a blog at the Oregonian. She already has some good posts up and looks to be posting almost once a day. And she added me to her blogroll! So, I have added her to my local news bar on the right hand side. Watch for her posts in the future. She is already partly famous because her blog has been on the front page of the Oregonian much of the day. She even featured one of Guy’s posts a few days back.

In other News….

  • The Razor Clam dig has been approved for the 8th and 9th of February on Long Beach. As always digs can only occur from 12 noon to Midnight. Low tide will be at 8:30 PM on the 8th and 9:03 on the 9th.
  • Huckabee wins the first Super Tuesday Primary and takes all 18 of West Virginia’s Delegates. Lots more to go today. Tonight looks to be a busy night around the country.
  • In a strange twist of events, now fat people and smokers cost less for health care over their lifetime. With healthy people costing an average of $417,000, fat people at $371,000 and lowly smokers at $326,000.
