Quite a few people have had denials that end up very costly when they have to be appealed. Each step requires filing a fee. People who got a Measure 37 approved are going to have a tough go of it and I really hope that things like what Neikes is showing here doesn’t make it more difficult. On one hand I don’t want to bury the out and out favoritism that goes on down there. on the other hand I can’t help but hope to be on their good side hoping the process goes real easy when its my turn.
