Razor Clam Dig Opening Approved For Washington Coast

Long Beach open January 19th and 20th.

The Washington Dept. of Fish and Wildlife announced today that there will be an opening for clam digging in certain areas along the Washington Coast. Harvesters are allowed to take no more than 15 razor clams and must keep the first 15 they dig, regardless of size or condition.

Twin Harbors will be open 4 days, January 18th – 21st.

Long Beach and Copalis will be open January 20th and 21st only. Digging is only permitted between 12:00pm and Midnight.

Low tide on the 19th is at 3:58pm at +.1
Low tide on the 20th is at 4:53pm at -.4

The Long Beach dig zone covers the area between the Columbia River and Leadbetter Point

A license is required for anyone age 15 or older.
