A victory for the People

by Walter Richards

To misquote … “One small step for the People, one giant step for Red’s”.

Seriously, did the BATFE really expect a court to believe that an error rate of less than 1% showed a “willful violation”? Well … perhaps they did, given today’s court system.

More likely, however, they didn’t expect Red’s to have the resources to actually take them to court. That’s how the government usually wins, when it takes your Rights away. “You don’t like it? You think we’re wrong? Take it to the courts.”

Yea for Red’s! A judge showing good sense..a rare commodity. This is going on in Oregon with DA’s power of Broker deals. Knowing the defendant has little resources gives the advantage to them

Well they did have a bunch of errors….I mean .4% of all paperwork was filled out wrong…LOL….

Imagine if every Government agency that screws up .4% of the time was shut down…oh wait we wouldn’t have any…
